Susan E. 2015-04-15 I called this company 2 separate times and requested a sample each time. Each sample was sent out promptly. I was able to make a decision based on the sample (a zipper pull). When I called again to place my order, I was assisted with artwork ideas. The person I worked with checked out my website and suggested I could use similar artwork as was there. Later that day a proof was sent to me, I approved it online, and my order was processed. Delivery was just a few days later and I am absolutely delighted!
